The Nike Air Max Pre-Day ‘Black’ showcases a neutral combination of colors on the lifestyle runner that originally debuted on Air Max Day 2021. Blending vintage jogging influences with a modern, reductive build, the sneaker makes use of a black textile upper constructed from 100% recycled polyester. Synthetic suede overlays similarly feature recycled content, as does a rubber outsole made with 13% Nike Grind. While the sneaker employs the same Air unit found on the Air Max 1 and Air Jordan 3, it’s fully exposed between the midsole and outsole, ultimately yielding a more pronounced bounce with each step.
